Pilates Flow is a 1 hour session that combines the basic principles of pilates into pilates movements that build up strength, cardio and mind body balance. Be ready to strengthen, stretch and tone your body from head to toe. Suitable for practitioners who have attended at least 3-4 Basics classes.

Class is designed with technical explanations to learn correct alignment and body mechanics, and includes stretching and strengthening the muscles which are tight or weak due to poor postural habits. We will be using props like ball, weight, resistance bands to make the class fun. You will walk out tall and energised at end of each session. The session will be suitable for all levels of practitioners including Pilates beginners.
